Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports. Manage the general ledger and ensure accuracy in financial records. Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents. Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures. Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, standards, and laws. Maintain and update vendor records. Review and verify invoices for accuracy. Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and month-end/year-end closings. Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and auditors. Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes. Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies and initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Prepare reports on TDS payable, TDS deducted, and reconciliation with the tax authorities. Monitor changes in TDS regulations and update the organization accordingly. Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns and TDS returns.
