Job Description

Maintain day-to-day financial records including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Prepare and process invoices, bills, and other financial documents. Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash transactions. Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related compliance. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for payment and billing queries. Support internal and external audits. Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments.
