Shree Ji Trading Company is seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The role involves managing sales, purchase and expense accounting, maintaining books of accounts, preparing journal entries and reconciling bank statements and party ledgers. The Account Executive will be responsible for GST compliance including return filing and reconciliations, TDS accounting, assisting in audits, and coordinating with CAs and auditors for statutory requirements. The position also includes preparing basic MIS reports, monitoring receivables and payables, maintaining proper documentation, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The ideal candidate should hold a B.Com degree, have working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, understand GST and basic taxation, and preferably have experience in a trading or distribution business.
