We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to manage client relationships, drive sales growth, and support the acquisition and retention of real estate clients. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, client-focused, and experienced in sales or account management within the real estate industry or a related field. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting Present real estate offerings and tailor solutions based on client needs Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, and operations) to ensure seamless transactions Prepare proposals, presentations, and market analysis reports Maintain accurate client records and pipeline updates in CRM systems Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay informed on local real estate market trends, pricing, and competition Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred) 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or real estate Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Real estate license (preferred or required, depending on role and location) Skills & Competencies: Client relationship management Sales strategy and closing techniques Market analysis and reporting Time management and organization Problem-solving and adaptability What We Offer: Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus structure Career growth and professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Access to industry tools, training, and resources
