Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to manage our company’s billing operations. The role involves preparing invoices, maintaining billing records, coordinating with the sales and accounts team, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of bills. Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers. Verify billing data with sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery notes. Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and operations team for resolving discrepancies. Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
