Role Overview The Sales Executive will be responsible for connecting with incoming leads (from Meta ads campaigns and direct inquiries), understanding client requirements, and presenting our software services to generate business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Connect with potential clients from Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram) leads and direct client inquiries. Understand client requirements and explain company services clearly. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp chats. Schedule meetings/demos with the technical team when required. Maintain records of interactions and update CRM/leads sheet. Achieve monthly sales & lead conversion targets. Requirements Education: Graduate in any stream (Freshers welcome). Good communication skills in English and Hindi (both written & verbal). Basic understanding of software/IT services is preferred (training will be provided). Confident, presentable, and client-oriented personality. Comfortable working with leads generated from digital ads. Ability to learn quickly and handle client communication effectively.
