We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive with fluent English communication skills who can confidently handle clients, maintain strong relationships, and ensure smooth customer interactions across calls, emails, and chats. This role is communication-heavy. If English isn’t your strength, this job is not for you. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally Communicate clearly and confidently in fluent spoken and written English Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information Resolve customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups effectively Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Build long-term customer relationships through proactive communication Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent English communication (mandatory – spoken & written) Graduation in any discipline (preferred, not compulsory) Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools) Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks Professional attitude with customer-first mindset
