Job Description

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to determine their travel needs, budget, and preferences to create personalized trips. Itinerary Planning: Design and develop tailored travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and other activities. Booking & Reservations: Make bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and activities using specialized booking systems. Product Sales: Sell travel packages, tours, insurance, and other travel-related services to clients. Customer Service: Provide expert advice on destinations, cultures, customs, and local attractions, resolving complaints and issues as they arise. Documentation & Payments: Inform clients about necessary travel documents like passports and visas, and process payments securely. Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with travel and tour vendors to secure optimal arrangements. Problem Resolution: Handle modifications, cancellations, and unexpected travel problems for clients. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of bookings, client preferences, payments, and transactions.
