Job Description

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including vendor coordination, quotation preparation, and order processing. The role involves handling logistics operations for imports from the UK and US, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipment by air and sea. Key responsibilities include preparing accurate quotations, coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders, monitoring shipment schedules, managing import documentation, and ensuring smooth customs clearance. The candidate will also support internal teams with order status updates and maintain accurate records to ensure efficiency in the supply chain process.
