Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Chaap Outlet

Location: Near Mall of Jaipur, Gandhi path, Vaishali Nagar
Working Hours: 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our Chaap outlet. The candidate should be capable of handling billing, staff supervision, inventory control, and customer interactions while also being confident in creating and participating in promotional reels and social media content for brand marketing

Key Responsibilities

1. Outlet Operations Management
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the outlet
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Monitor order preparation and service quality
• Ensure proper opening and closing of outlet operations

2. Billing & Cash Handling
• Manage billing software and POS systems
• Handle daily cash transactions and payment reconciliation
• Maintain sales records and basic financial reports

3. Staff Management
• Supervise and coordinate with kitchen and service staff
• Manage staff duty schedules and attendance
• Train staff on service standards and customer handling
• Maintain discipline and teamwork at the outlet

4. Inventory Management
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials and packaging
• Coordinate with vendors for stock procurement
• Maintain inventory records and reduce wastage
• Ensure timely stock replenishment

5. Customer Handling & Communication
• Interact with customers and ensure a positive dining experience
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Maintain service quality and brand reputation

6. Marketing & Promotions
• Be comfortable appearing in promotional reels and social media content
• Coordinate with marketing team for outlet promotions
• Assist in local marketing activities and brand engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Prior experience in restaurant, QSR, or food outlet management preferred
• Basic knowledge of billing software / POS systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good leadership and team management ability
• Presentable, confident, and comfortable in front of camera for promotional shoots
• Ability to handle rush hours and multitask
