Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and growing our customer base by actively prospecting, developing new business opportunities, and closing deals. This individual will leverage their knowledge of IT solutions to promote and sell our products and services to potential clients. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a strong understanding of the technology industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and attending industry events. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries. Product & Service Presentation: Present and demonstrate our IT products, services, and solutions to clients, clearly explaining the benefits and value propositions. Sales Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients, working to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets. Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates within the CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction.
