This role involves direct communication with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and offering suitable digital solutions such as website development, mobile apps, and custom software services. Key Responsibilities: Telecaller: Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company. Explain our services clearly and professionally (Website & App Development). Generate interest and set up appointments for the sales team. Follow up on leads and inquiries regularly. Maintain records of calls and client interactions.
