Job Description

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introducing our products and services, addressing inquiries, and assisting with the sales process. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with clients over the phone to achieve sales and customer support goals. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Make calls to prospective customers, explain the products and services offered by the company, and create interest in purchasing or upgrading. Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities by reaching out to leads from the database, following up on previous interactions, and generating new leads via cold calling. Customer Service: Answer inbound calls, provide information, resolve customer queries, and guide customers through basic troubleshooting or product inquiries. Sales Support: Promote special offers, discounts, or new products to existing and potential customers, aiming to close deals or schedule follow-up calls for the sales team. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, inquiries, and any follow-up actions in the CRM system. Customer Retention: Follow up with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships, offering solutions to any issues or concerns. Reporting: Provide daily/weekly reports on call volumes, outcomes, and customer feedback to the sales team or manager. Upsell & Cross-sell: Suggest and sell additional services or products that align with customer needs, improving the overall customer experience. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in the IT or technology sector). Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional phone manner. Ability to understand and explain technical products or services in a simple way. Good listening skills and ability to engage with customers effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude. Goal-oriented with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Proficiency with MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM software. Preferred Skills: Experience in IT sales or customer support is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or telecalling software. Fluency in multiple languages can be an advantage. Knowledge of basic technical terms related to IT products and services.
