Job Description

We are looking for a persuasive and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, explaining products/services, addressing queries, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle objections, and a results-driven approach. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or offers. Handle objections, provide solutions, and close sales. Maintain customer databases and update records in CRM/software. Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversions. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business. Share customer feedback with the team to improve services.
