Client ko outbound & inbound calls karna

Cold calling ke through new customers se connect karna

Company ke products/services explain karna

Leads generate karna aur follow-ups lena

Interested clients ke liye meetings arrange karna (Sales Team ke saath)

Customer data ko Excel / CRM me update karna

Daily call reports aur lead status maintain karna

Customer queries handle karna aur basic problem solve karna

🎯 Skills Required:

Good communication & conversation skills (Hindi + basic English)

Confident voice & polite nature

Basic Excel knowledge (data entry, filters, simple formulas)

Follow-up aur persuasion skills
